About the role Learning disabilities and autism affect people in different ways so the role is very varied. You'll help to ensure the people we support get the very best out of life. Requirements
About you You’re considerate, committed and respect people’s differences. Empathetic, you adapt your approach to individuals’ needs, have good communication skills and a positive, patient approach. You come up with creative solutions to overcome challenges and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. You’ll need to be flexible and able to work shifts including weekends and evenings/nights, as the role includes a 24/7 rota. It’s desirable (but not essential) that you have a full driving licence. We are seeking a full-time Senior Carer to join our Weston Team.  To excel in this role, you will need to be positive, self-motivated and enjoy working in domiciliary care.
