Proud to Care Bonus

If you start working for one of North Somerset Council’s care providers, providing home care for adults with physical disabilities or dementia, you’ll be eligible for a Proud to Care bonus payment.

All you have to do is successfully apply for a care job with one of our commissioned providers and work for them for six months.

You’ll then receive a bonus payment worth your average weekly pay, calculated over the previous six months (excluding any mileage claims).

The three care providers commissioned by North Somerset Council and who will be paying the bonus are:

• Access Your Care
• Nobilis
• Homelife Carers
