I have been a carer in the community for the past 3 years, I love my job but dont like working for the bigger co-orparations, as i dont believe they live up to there clients needs and promises they have made. 

My main aim is to provide my clients with the one on one service they require by the same carer at a time that they want. This will all be discussed at an assesment meeting, this assment is in no way medical its just to see how i can help you or a loved one.
