non-competitive social running/walking for all ages and all levels of fitness. We run/walk in town and country for about an hour and a half every Wednesday evening, then socialise over food and drink - often in a pub. Dogs are welcome.
Boat and shore contests annually with emphasis on conservation. Minimum sizes enforced and fish returned alive. Fish of Month competition plus annual awards. Shore events covered by public liability insurance.
