This is a group of local people from all walks of life that wish to help each other, or other people address the full range of challenges that life can suddenly present.
We are a self help group that acts as a centre of information and knowledge that can be passed to and from its members through various means.
Professional sign posting is given where necessary to ensure that members obtain the full support and professionalism that they might require to overcome life's challenges.
New ideas are welcomed at any time to improve the delivery of support and self dependency.
We meet weekly at different locations and at other times we arrange activities to cover various tastes, such as: trips, village walks and lunch and courses to incorporate all interests.
