We are a team of professionals covering North Somerset, based at Drove Road Child Development Centre (CDC) in Weston-super-Mare and The Barn in Clevedon.
The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) includes the Children's Learning Disabilities Team and exists to promote the psychological health of the children and young people living in and around the area. It provides a range of services including multi-disciplinary assessment and treatment to children, young people and families who experience mental health problems. A consultation service is also available to Tier 1 staff.
The referral procedure to this service is by completion of a Single Point of Entry form. GPs can refer people for Art Therapy.

Coronavirus Update The North Somerset CAMHS service transferred to AWP on 1st April 2020. They have set up a system to RAG rate cases and are in regular contact with Young People in their caseload, frequency depending on the individual RAG rating |
