Yummy Mummies fitness classes are for Mums who want to get active again after having a baby. Classes are ran by an expert in post-natal fitness so you can feel safe and confident returning to exercise after giving birth. Classes are a great way to meet other like-minded local Mums too!

Classes will be held outdoors in Spring and Summer months. If weather is extremely poor classes will be held via zoom.

Yummy Mummies Core, Floor & More is held at 11am. This class is specially designed for new mums to help you safely return to exercise post birth in a fun and friendly outdoor class – and babies can come too. We focus on restoring your core and pelvic floor and gradually building up your strength, helping you reconnect to your body after birth – and re-energising you to be the best Mummy you can be!

Yummy Mummies Glow is held at 10am. This class is a friendly group class for mums who are looking for the next level and a bit more of a sweat (or “glow”!). This class focusses on functional exercises for Mums to give you the fitness to keep up with your little ones! Please note: This class is not suitable for new mums. Women should have no pelvic floor dysfunction or diastasis as classes will involve higher impact exercises.
