I offer both Breastfeeding Preparation & Introduding Solids workshops. These are a great way to get your questions answered, bust some myths & help you gain confidence for the next exciting stage.
For breastfeeding support or support with any aspect of infant feeding, I offer home visit consultations or online video calls if you prefer. At a home visit I'll have plenty of time to listen to whats going on & to how you're feeling. We can then work together to unpick what's happening for you & your baby. The goal will always be to help you both get back on track & to find what's actually causing the problems or concerns. Follow up is always included, so I'll be checking in with you to see how things have changed & if things need adjusting.
