Yoga in pregnancy and post-natally. Antenatal. Exercise.

I'm really thrilled to have been asked to teach this lovely class. Im a pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher and therapist, as well as being a hypnobirthing teacher for many years. Making sure that the yoga suits your pregnant or postnatal body, I will be taking you through carefully selected yoga postures to help you mindfully stretch and strengthen. A simple breathing practice will give you time to relax and de-stress no matter if your baby is on the inside or the outside of you. This class is suitable for those who are experienced and if you have never tried yoga before, then this is your time to give it a go. I hope you will love it!
