As a general gynmastics club we try to include all aspects of gymnastics in our training, from artistic (bars, beam, floor & vault) acrobatics, tumbling & dance.
We also train our members to the levels required for the attainment of all the BRITISH GYMNASTICS AWARDS.
We are not forceful in our approach to training but we will encourage all members to develop their gymnastics skills, and those with particular abilty will be supported in training to a more advanced level.
The club has an advanced squad who train towards regional & national competitions and specialise in ACROBATIC GYMNASTICS.
