Little Farm Childcare, breakfast, holiday and after school childcare

Little Farm Childcare is a small but high quality, childcare setting, which was graded Outstanding by OfSTED. We offer a unique form of childcare where we combine the warmth and individual care of a home care setting, with learning through play, creativity and outdoor activities, all in a rural setting with lots of outdoor space for the children to let off steam.  We offer after school care for children, from 4 to 12 years, as well as a breakfast club and holiday club.

We provide transport to and from St Anne's C.E.V.C Primary School and from St Georges V.A Church Primary School, as well as facilitating after school care for children from other schools using local authority approved taxi companies. Our holiday club is open to children from all schools.

Our aim is to provide a caring and stimulating environment, giving children the opportunity to develop in a warm and friendly, home-like atmosphere, learning respect towards themselves, others and the environment.  We encourage children to be confident, independent and develop their self-esteem.  Our most important priority is to have FUN!

We provide a wide range of planned and freeplay including outdoor play every day (weather permitting).  The children are able to help feed and care for the animals including Dolly our sheep, they can collect eggs from the ducks and care for the chicks.  Outside we have swings, mud kitchen, willow den, allotments, football area and lots of equipment.

Indoors the playroom is well-equipped with lego, arts + ctafts, cooking, snooker table, musical instruments etc.  We also have an area for computer games.
