Yummy Mummies fitness classes are for Mums who want to get active again after having a baby. Classes are ran by an expert in post-natal fitness so you can feel safe and confident returning to exercise after giving birth. Classes are a great way to meet other like-minded local Mums too!

Yummy Mummies Mum & Baby class is specially designed for new mums to help you safely return to exercise post birth in a fun and friendly outdoor class – and babies can come too. We focus on restoring your core and pelvic floor and gradually building up your strength, helping you reconnect to your body after birth – and re-energising you to be the best Mummy you can be!
