I'm Katina, a Doula & Lactation Consultant. I offer Doula services during pregnancy, birth & postnatally in North Somerset & surrounding areas. For hospital births I cover the Bristol & North Somerset, & for home births within a 45 minute drive of Portishead.
I also offer support online with regular Check-ins - This is a really lovely way to have someone on hand to check-in with you regularly over those early days & weeks to help with all those little questions which pop up. It's also reassuring to know you have someone on hand to support you when you need it.
I love supporting famillies postnatally with thier new baby & can arrnage regular home support from a few sessions per week to weekly check in calls.
