Contact for families with disabled children

Important Covid-19 information from Contact a Family

Contact is a UK-wide charity providing support, advice and information for families with disabled children - no matter what their health condition. CaF also enable parents to get in contact with other families, both on a local and national basis.

Contact offers advice and information on any aspect of caring for a disabled child.  We cover all disablities including the rarest conditions.  Parents who call us need information on what benefits or tax credits to claim, advice about assessment or statements of special educational needs, or may be trying to find information about their child's condition.

Contact a Family publishes a wide range of guides for parents.

All our guides are free for parents who call our freephone helpline on 0808 808 3555. They can be downloaded free from our website at www.cafamily.org.uk
