Come and find out what yoga can do for you.
Please contact me if you are interested in joining us, as places are limited.
During the class we will use yoga poses, breathing and relaxation exercises to quieten and relax the mind whilst also strengthening, stretching and energising the body. I will be teaching how the health of your body and mind are linked and how relaxation is as important and rejuvenating as exercise.
I have been practising yoga with various teachers for over 20 years, both in Australia and the UK.
I also spent some time doing Pilates, but find that yoga provides me with a more balanced approach working on both the health of your body and your mind.
The last eight years have involved two children and a move back to the UK. After a short break I returned to yoga and realised that I wanted to further expand my weekly yoga experience. I studied with the South West Yoga Academy for a British Wheel of Yoga Foundation qualification and my British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma. I also hold a First Aid certificate.
My classes are aimed at all levels and all ages. Beginners are welcome. Classes run during school term times.
