Golden Valley House Day Nursery (Nailsea)

Privately owned day nursery in a residential area, opened in 1990.  3 playrooms planned for independent learning and children's choice.  Superb outdoor area that is multi sensory, includes full size boat, river with running water, different play surfaces.  Outdoor play used all day alongside indoors. All children have a keyworker to record their development and plan for the next stage.  We provide a cooked lunch and tea, all home made produce with no additives and no processed foods.  All snacks are milk or water with fruit, a good healthy diet.  In 2005 we completed our Quality Counts kite mark from National Day Nurseries Association.
