Dance Workshops for Schools, Colleges and Youth Groups

Engaging and inspirational workshops that encourage creativity and teamwork

I teach an ideal style for beginner dancers, involving learning a vocabulary of moves and then improvising together as a group.

  • Dancers gain confidence quickly, creating their own dances together during a first workshop.
  • It encourages teamwork and eye contact, and is a highly sociable style to learn.
  • Alternatively, I can teach a short, simple choreographed dance.
  • Both styles suit all body types and abilities and can be adapted to incorporate those with limitations.

I am focused on developing and nurturing your students’ self-esteem, confidence, and curiosity, and I aim to create an environment where they are surrounded by positivity. They will have an opportunity to express themselves in something a little bit different that will build their team spirit in a non-competitive activity. I teach children with a range of abilities in one class, and your children can work at their appropriate level.
