AMS will deliver services to vulnerable people living in any tenure, who would struggle to complete works themselves. They will undertake jobs such as: small building repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, putting up shelves etc, safety measure: fitting key safes, smoke alarms etc. Home security. Energy efficiency checks, moving furniture.

Jobs are subsidised for up to 3 hrs at a time. £13 per hr + VAT and 20% on any material purchased. People can have up to 6 hrs per year, before it needs to be reviewed.
