Grove Pre-school is a privately owned group offering sessional care for up to 10 sessions per week during term time for rising 3 and 4 year olds. We also take a limited number of 2 year olds. The Pre-school is based in a building on the left hand side on The Grove Sports Centre and has the use of an inside and outside play area and a garden. The whole group use the sports centre playing fields for additional outside play, nature walks etc.
The group is owned and managed by the leader with two assistant leaders who deputize in the leader's absence. It is a well-established group and was passed over to the current Leader after the previous leader retired as leader in 2021 after almost 30 years running the Pre-school. Most of the staff having several years of experience working within early years.
Under the previous Leader, The Pre-school was rated 'Outstanding' at the last three Ofsted inspections. They are currently awaiting their first OFSTED inspection since the new registration with the new leader.
Children can attend mornings, afternoons or full day sessions.
