COVID-19 - The Transition Saturday Club is still running but due to Covid places are limited to members, and booking is essential.
The Transition Saturday Club has been created for 14 – 18 yrs. olds at The Firs, Weston-s-Mare.
A youth provision for young people with additional needs. It is regulated and inspected by Ofsted, runs during term time from 9.30 - 12.30pm.
This provision focuses on Independence skills, socializing skills and confidence.
There are 12 places available for young people so booking is essential.
