Allmamas Pregnancy Pilates

Tailored to a changing body, adapted Pilates is a great way to support your pregnancy and prepare you for labour and birth. Gentle and focused exercises maintain your balance and strength. 

You will build awareness of how your pregnancy changes the way you move, your posture and how you can actively support yourself. Each session includes restorative stretches and breathing exercises to help you keep comfortable throughout your pregnancy and let you focus with a clearer mind. 

The benefits continue into the postnatal period, helping you reconnect, restore and recover.
